PAUL SORMANI (1817-1877). A secretary made of royal wood veneer, richly decorated with a large painted panel depicting an antique style couple rushing towards a fountain with winged cupids in a gilded bronze frame in the Rococo style. The internal filling of the secretary consists of four small drawers made of mahogany with decorations, two of which have locks. The writing desk is upholstered in green velvet.
