Brunet, II-1638 / Saffroy, I-15103 /// I. (14f.)- 1024-(2f.) / II. (7f.)-1048-(4f.).
Very enlarged second edition. The first, published in 1619, was interrupted when the king sent Godefroy to the Munster assembly as advisor and secretary to the French embassy. It should have been completed by a third volume on receptions, tournaments and funerals, which was never published. It is a curious account of the coronations, coronations and entrances of the great men of the kingdom, with very detailed descriptions of how these ceremonies took place.
Epidermal binding with defects, reversal of 2 leaves, faint wetness in lower margin and marginal wormholes on several leaves.
