Autograph manuscript signed, Hors du joug allemand, mesures d'après-guerre, [1915] ; 164 pages in-fol. This essay, on the measures to be taken after the war to neutralize Germany's dangerous power, was published by the Nouvelle Librairie Nationale in 1915 and dedicated to Jacques Bainville. It begins as follows: "The present study, written while the clash of arms still resounds, proposes to establish as of now the broad outlines of a national reaction against German influence and action, whether intellectual or industrial"... The manuscript has been used for printing (some leaves have been cut out to advance the composition); it shows erasures and corrections.
