Important and fine Cashmere silk (India) circa 1975.
Silk velvet on cotton foundation.
Beige field decorated with polychrome scrolls and garlands of stylized flowers and foliage framing a central salmon-pink floral medallion in the shape of a stylized diamond.
Four sky-blue and midnight-blue spandrels with multicolored floral wreaths.
Eight borders, the main one in midnight blue with polychrome flowering bulbs and palmettes surrounded by a thousand multicolored flowers in the form of stylized popped diamonds.
