Exceptional and very fine silk Ghoum signed (Iran) circa 1975.
Silk velvet on silk foundation.
Old gold field decorated with a very large central oval crenellated medallion with a mosaic of pastel-toned flowers inlaid with a second lilac floral medallion.
Triple border, the main one with a semiset of cartouches in the same shades.
Density of approx. 11,000 to 12,000 nodes per dm2.
