Oval pendant medallion in 750 thousandths gold surmounted by a ribboned bow set in the center with a blue stone and surrounded by a garland of flowers, containing a miniature portrait of a lady of quality in a blue dress and crown of flowers in the headdress, mother-of-pearl back. Slight wear. The miniature is from the Louis XVI period, the frame from the 19th century.
