Sainte Anne trinitaire in finely carved boxwood, rough back. With an open book in her left hand, the Mother of Mary carries her daughter on her right arm, who herself holds the Infant Jesus on her lap; her head is framed by a wimple and a veil with a lace edging; she is dressed in a dress with a fitted bust and an open mantle; deep, hollow drapery forming stepped Vs on the front and sides. Rare quality of execution.
