Pair of high-relief carved oak misericords depicting children's games. Stilt game: on the left, two young men, one wearing a flat cap, a cloak and flanged shoes, held an attribute (no longer in existence) in his right hand; on the right, the other, wearing a long, open, belted tunic, falls from his stilts. Backgammon: two crouching children turn their backs to each other, while two others, sitting astride their backs, hold hands. Molded top and bottom edges.
