Virgin and Child in carved wood (walnut?), partly marouflaged, polychromed and gilded. With a slender barrel and sinuous silhouette, the crowned Virgin carries the Child seated on her right arm; she is dressed in a belted gown and a mantle, one side of which returns to the front; the Child is bare-chested, his hips draped, leaving only the tips of his feet visible.
