Ngbaka throwing knife, Democratic Republic of Congo Metal H. 37 cm Aesthetically pleasing thanks to the multidirectional blade arrangement, this beautiful Ngbaka knife testifies to the know-how and stylistic ingenuity of this Central African ethnic group, settled between the Oubangui River and the middle of the Congo River. Its primary use, as a projector, is matched by its skilful styling. With sharp, long pointed blades, the horizontal middle blade extends forward, while a curved shape with two points on either side continues to the rear. Two further blades "encircle" and "embrace" this shape at the upper and lower ends. Meticulously decorated handles.
