WITHDRAWN! Lion head gargoyle. Roman, 1st c. BC - 1st c. AD. H 22cm, D 15,5cm. Head of a lion made of reddish terracotta with a rectangular spout in the mouth. Broken at the back and with modern stabilization with iron bars, breakouts on the temple and on the mane. From the private collection of Dr. Eberhard Hanfstaengl (1886-1973), since at least the 1960s in a Bavarian private collection.
