Maison HARTMANN, early 20th century - Pavilion parasol in cream silk and lace with floral motifs, beech and bamboo handle, cut and engraved rock crystal pommel representing an eagle's head, the animal's eyes set with round faceted peridots circled with 800 thousandths vermeil silver, the 800 thousandths silver ring guilloché and enameled red.
The pommel is probably Eastern European.
Handle stamped "HARTMANN". Brass system signed "HARTMANN 21 Bd des Capucines".
Crystal dimensions: 5.2x7.3x2.8cm. Ring height: 1.8cm. Total length: 97cm (Very slight wear and tear to the crystal, foxing and soiling to the fabric, slight splitting to the wood).
