A student of Albert Maignan (1845-1908), Alfred Victor Fournier (Paris 1872-1924) was a landscape, marine and portrait painter. He exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français in Paris, becoming a member in 1901. He received an award in 1902 and a bronze medal in 1906.
