Project for a painted plate on the theme of birds.
On the rim, alternating small floral motifs in tondo and birds.
Gouache and gold gouache. Watermarked with the papermaker's name (traces of damage to the upper part of the rim; minor spotting and foxing).
Annotated lower left in pen E. RENARD attached to the Manufacture Impériale de de Sèvre; right after the original APP to Mr. DOUBLE.
