DECAYER Jean (attributed to) Active in France in the first half of the 17th century Portrait of a Court lady in widow's costume, with her gold ornaments, earrings, choker, necklace and brooch enclosing a diamond. Oil on panel. Parquetage (traces of vertical cracks; some minor restorations; old varnish dirty and yellowed). H. 34.5 - L. 26 cm Beautiful Dutch-style frame in blackened wood with incised flowers and wavy baguettes.
