A silver oval drageoir. Lid radiated with water leaves and pearls. Flower-shaped handle. The body is adorned with two medallions engraved with the Barbat du Closel (Auvergne) family coat of arms under a count's crown; the whole is edged with pearl friezes and joined by ribbons and moving foliage. Double evolution handles. Resting on four sabot feet. Glass interior trim (later).
