(Worn corners). * It has been established that all crocodile skins used by Hermès for the manufacture of its bags come from populations or species listed in Appendix II or, in the case of Appendix I, that they come from farms registered with the CITES Secretariat (source code D). Consequently, vintage Hermès crocodile bags are exempt from CIC, either by virtue of their Annex B status, or by virtue of article 62.4 of Commission Regulation (EC) no. 865/2006 of May 4, 2006.
