PAIR OF BALUSTER VASES
in porcelain and polychrome enamels in the famille rose style, the body decorated with scenes of combat and cavalry on a celadon background, the neck decorated with superimposed registers animated with pavilions, flowers, landscapes, wave motifs, heads of ruyi, dignitaries and infantrymen on blue, brown and pink backgrounds. The shoulder is flanked by two handles in the form of brown enamelled dragons, the lower part with brown molded decoration of horses passing among the waves.
