Two beautiful panels of gold embroidered dalmatic orphreys, Italy or Spain, Renaissance period, late sixteenth century. Decorated with Ferronnerie de vase Médicis, scrolls and scrolls embroidered in silk couchure and guipure, blade and metallic gold thread, the contours highlighted with braid of silver thread on a crimson velvet background. Framed by a thick braid in gold thread passementerie (good condition, some wear of the bottom).
