An Anglo-Indian rosewood, ivory-inlaid and wrought-iron table cabinet, late 17th-early 18th century
The production of this type of cabinet is generally attributed to the coastal region of Gujarat and Sindh in western India, which is renowned for its ivory-plated work, often destined for Western markets.
