Round silver bowl and its lid. The body, plain, is decorated with ears with contours bordered with gadroons and chiseled with a large motif of shells and rocaille bordered with scrolls. The cover, with doucine, is bordered of nets and a frieze chiseled of scrolls and flowers on a bitter bottom. The bell is chiseled with a wide band decorated with shells, crosses, scrolls and flowers on an amati background, the top engraved with nets. The knob is decorated with a draped female bust turned to the left on an amati background. The edge of the body and the inside of the lid are engraved .I.P.

Paris, 1738-1739 (very small wear of the amati, the edge of the body probably formerly degraded and reshaped, small marks on the ears. The end of one of the ears presents a tiny deformation).
