Matthieu Bonhomme is one of the finest talents of his generation. His classic drawing style is a testament to his graphic mastery and his ability to tackle all types of adventure, especially westerns. Before tackling the world of Lucky Luke, he had produced this breathtaking Western, a parody of the Dime Novels of adventure printed on pulp paper and sold for 10 cents. The cover is emblematic of an author fascinated by a genre story that has marked the history of both cinema and comics. In these iconic scenes, homage to classic Westerns, such as Blueberry and Gir, is never far away.
