An interesting antique copy of a Merwin Hulbert Medium Frame D.A. Revolver
dating: circa 1880 - 1890 provenance: Spain, Round, rifled barrel provided with high rib with a long, partially-legible mark not coeval with the original ones 'MERWIN HULBER. S CARTRIDGES ARE THOSE / THA ... EUSKARO REVOLVER'. Clean bore, visible rifling, pitting at the nozzle. Opening rotating on the cylinder axes and sliding forward. Five-shot cylinder. Frame with caliber '38 CAL.'. Trigger guard, hammer and trigger with remains of tortoiseshell. Keeping most of the antique nickel-plating. Mechanism working both in single and double action. Coeval serial number on cylinder and barrel. Checkered, hard-rubber grip sales with monogram in relief. Ring for the strap. Interesting example of good, Spanish manufacture. length 19,5 cm.
