Interesting 18th-century Viennese viola, bearing a label "Johannes Carolus Krichbaum fecit Viennae. 1777." and repaired by "G.A.KRAUSCK". Two-piece maple back with wax stamp on neck heel. Tightly pored spruce top. Golden brown varnish. Worm marks.
