A rare bwiti dance palette, it could be an emwetse puppet or a tsongo-tsongo puppet head decorated with a face characteristic of tsogho vuvi and sango masks, and incarnating the ancestor. It is decorated with tenons to attach a headdress made of vegetable fibers.
