An ancient scepter carved with a chief's head, with openwork eyes and mouth, the "body" of the scepter is decorated with beautiful and characteristic engraved motifs on each side, and a cross painted with an ancient pigment on the beautiful and imposing Mutwe Wa Kayanda headdress, emblem of the Tchokwe chiefs. Tchokwe, Angola Wood, pigment, visible restorations of the end of the nose and the lower jaw, small minor accidents at the back, old and beautiful patina of use.
