A Russian porcelain hand-painted Nicholas I armorial plate with a double-headed Imperial eagle surmounted by a crown and shield at the center. A cerulean border with a gilded rim. Marked on the verso by the manufacturer (Imperial Porcelain Factory) underglaze.
