Soviet propaganda porcelain tea pair "KIM Uzbekistan" (Communist Youth International), Dulevo, circa 1927-32. Marked under base with green underglaze factory mark. Communist Youth International (KIM) - from 1919 to 1943, an international youth organization, a section of the Comintern. The founding congress of the KIM took place on November 20-26, 1919 in Berlin. 29 delegates from 13 countries represented 219 thousand members of youth organizations. The task of the organization was to create a broad mass movement of youth in defense of their economic, political and cultural interests. In May 1943, after the dissolution of the Comintern, the KIM was also dissolved.
