Bowl with calligraphic decoration, Eastern Iran, 12th - 13th century
Bowl on a small circular foot in siliceous ceramic with incised decoration of a kufic inscription embellished with floral elements under a turquoise glaze. Several labels under the heel: "V 925", "Poterie Persane XIIIe siècle, Fouilles de Soultanabad" and ink inscription "P 5088".
