This stylized vase design is rare. For two large tobsils with similar highly stylized vases, see Alain Loviconi and Dalila Belfitah, Regards sur la faïence de Fès, Edisud, 1991, p. 15 and 138. One of these two dishes is kept in the Musée national de la céramique de Limoges and entered the collections before 1850.
