Italian 17th - 18th century. Bolognese school. "Ecce Homo" Oil on canvas. Relined. 66 x 58 cm. This painting is surprisingly close to the version by Giovanni Francesco Barbieri, now in Rome at the Palazzo Corsini collection.  Provenance: From a distinguished family. This painting is imported, so it has guaranteed the export license from the Spanish Ministry of Culture. The red wax seal shown in the photographs was stamped on the original canvas, at the back, but in the process of relining it had to be removed for technical reasons, so the seal is no longer preserved. Before its removal, however, it was photographically documented.
