BORDEAUX - Pewter helmet ewer on octagonal pedestal with mantling, handle with sides, draped stock. Marked faintly inside the pedestal, Pierre I or II COUSTANS, BORDEAUX, late 17th century (Boucaud Ph., masters pewterers of Bordeaux, No. 33000/060). Height. Height : 29 cm. Some oxidation, old soldering on the pedestal almost invisible, otherwise very good condition.
