PAQUIN Black wool suit jacket circa 1951
The model is cut in a black wool. The shape is long sleeves with a tight armhole and slit to make a lapel. The jacket has a collar notched and closed on the front in cross with a very marked waist and a lapel in basque. The effect of basque is accentuated by a fold in point held by a button on the front and imitating a pocket.
The interior is lined with ivory silk satin fully pinched to fit the waist.
The label is sewn on the back of the collar: Les couturiers associés Paris - Exclusive model of PAQUIN.
