Born in 1976 in Metz. She lives and works in Berlin. Florence Obrecht graduated from ENSBA Paris in 2001, and studied in New York, Berlin and Sofia. She works with the Valérie Delaunay Gallery, Paris and exhibits regularly in France and abroad.
Recent solo exhibitions in 2022 include Odyssée at the Eglise Saint Eustache, Paris and Le jardin de verre (text: Marc Donnadieu). Other solo exhibitions at Valérie Delaunay Gallery, Paris 2021 and Faire des Picasso, (text:
Julie Crenn) and WomenPaintersRoom, Berlin 2020. In 2023, she participated in several group exhibitions in Paris Mimesis at the Lazarew gallery and Immortelle, MOCO Montpellier
contemporary (curators: Amélie Adamo and Numa Hambursin). From May 15 to June 15, she will be in residence in the framework of the MENK project in Armenia with Axel Pahlavi.
