Alex BESIKIAN (born in 1987) Beat Map, 2022 Colored pencil and graphite on paper 60 x 80 cm Born in Paris in 1987. Alex Besikian is a visual artist and musician, graduated from the Beaux-arts de Paris. His drawings, inspired by existing images, play with our visual memory and familiar forms, on the border between the figurative and the abstract. He participates in numerous group exhibitions, salons and publishing fairs. His publications have been selected in 2019 by the Tokyo Art Book Fair - corner Zine's Mate Shop and are available, among others, at Printed Matter (NYC), Yvon Lambert (Paris) or at the Librairie du Palais de Tokyo (Paris).
