Small clock of officer, with alarm clock, and with ringings with the request, by pulling, out of gilded bronze and brass, with architectural cabinet with fluted pilasters and plain bottom, decorated with spandrels and crowns of oak leaves, crowns of laurel, horns of plenty, and resting on four clawed feet. The movable top catch with duck heads facing each other, on a leafy plate, on a rectangular molded entablature in cavet. White enamelled dial, signed "LEROY et Cie Paris, 7 Bould de la Madeleine", black painted indexes for the hours and iron track for the minutes, with a third hand for the alarm function. Bezel decorated with a wheel. Mechanical movement, not signed, with spiral and complications ringing the hours and probably the half-hour or quarter-hour. With three hammers and two stamps. Lever under the back with the indications "Grande Sonnerie, Petite Sonnerie, Silence". Restoration period. The dial was reported and modified with the key entries pierced in surprising places, notably in the signature. H. 24.3 cm. - Width : 14 cm. - Depth : 10,2 cm. Latticework of the back door, posterior, missing and soldered. Movement to be revised, engaging during the winding by the high key entry; the spring of the low entry seems blocked. Hair on the dial and some chips and chipping to the keyways; wear and oxidation to the gilding.
