Oval box in ivory of proboscidean (Elephas Maximus or Loxodonta Africana) carved with a bouquet of flowers on the lid and a frieze of vine leaves on the body. Metal hinge. Accident formerly restored to the lid. Dieppe, last quarter of the 19th century. Dimensions : H 5.5, W 10, D 8.5 cm Gross weight : 139 g Object composed in whole or in part of ivory of proboscidean (Elephas Maximus or Loxodonta Africana). In accordance with the provisions of the regulation in force on the territory of the Union (Regulation (EU) n° 2021/2280 of 16/12/21), the object will be delivered to the purchaser with its Intra-Community Certificate n°FR2307600005-K delivered by the DREAL on 01/02/2023, as well as with the expertise report duly drawn up by an approved independent expert.
