Two plates with celadon background, China, 2nd half of 19th c. Porcelain, so-called ''fencai'' decor: famille rose colors on celadon background, brown rim and gold rim respectively. Lotus flowers and spikes with butterflies, dragonfly and hummingbird. One piece of painting rubbed, chips on the rim. The other plate shallow chip on the standing ring, otherwise in good condition. Underglaze blue mark: Tongzhi Nian Zhi, Da Qing (1862-1874). D. 19 cm. Two porcelain plates with fencai decoration, famille rose colors on celadon glaze. One plate with rim chippings and worn paint. The other chip to footrim. China, 2nd half 19th ct. D. 19 cm.
