Biography :
Maurice Toussaint (1882-1974) was a French painter, draftsman, poster artist and illustrator, son of the painter and engraver Henri Toussaint. Renowned for his mastery of military subjects, including uniformology, he illustrated numerous works on the Ancien Régime, the First and Second Empire.
