The Congress of Vienna took place from September 1814 to July 1815; it brought together representatives of all the European states; the congress marked the end of the era of revolutionary upheavals and Napoleonic wars, the restoration of peace and tranquility, and outlined a new order on the European continent. The congress was attended by Emperor Alexander I; The emperor was accompanied by Count Karl Nesselrode and the Russian ambassador to Austria, Count Andrei Razumovsky.Венский конгресс.

На конгрессе присутствовал Император Александр I; Императора сопровождали граф Карл Нессельроде и посланник России в Австрии граф Андрей Разумовский.
