An identical pair is preserved in the Wallace Collection (R. Wesley, French Bronzes in the Wallace Collection, 2002, p. 92) and a similar pair was part of the Anita Semail collection (Choppin de Janvry; Paris, sale of January 30, 2002, lot 148).
