It seems that the manuscript can be attributed to Nicolas Flour Blondin de Baizieux (1768-) married at St Walloy in Montreuil sur mer to Marie Louise Hurtrel d'Arboval on October 12, 1799, Mayor of Beaumerie, maintained in his nobility in 1817 who also left a manuscript on the history of Montreuil sur mer. The manuscript seems to be inspired by the history of Calais of Mr Lefebvre, priest of the Christian doctrine
Beautiful and well readable manuscript
Rare historical document
