Attributed to Michel VU (born in 1941) Xylomobile Wooden sculpture, burr veneer and inlay of bone, mother-of-pearl and metal nets, 10,5 x 39 x 14 cm Slight breaks in the veneer and small accidents Born in Paris in 1941, Michel Vu is the son of the famous Vietnamese painter and sculptor Vu Cao Dam. He has lived in Paris, Vence, Saint-Paul de Vence, Majorca and Essaouira. He studied art at the Ecole des Arts Décoratifs in Nice. In 1974, he moved to Ghazoua, near Essaouira in Morocco, a place that will continue to inspire him.
