Internal code W113, the car is equipped with a 2.3L in-line 6-cylinder engine developing 160 horsepower. With a design by Paul Bracq, the cabriolet is today a car appreciated by the fans of the brand with the star. It has also been successful in competitions and even won the Rallye Liège-Rome-Liège with Böhringer and Kaiser as drivers. The car was designed to be robust and reliable but also usable as an everyday car. Replacing the mythical 190 and 300 SL, the little pagoda fulfills its role as a standard bearer.
The car we present is in a nice general condition. The white paint is in good condition, as well as the upholstery. The mechanics work well. A leak in the power steering has been noticed. This car starts normally and no suspicious noises have appeared. The owner of this car, a racing driver, has taken great care of it since he has owned it. Moreover, this car with its attractive appearance is seeing its value rise.
