Large cameo in shell finely executed representing a mother and two children accompanied by a dove and a lamb, probably the figuration of Saint Elizabeth with Saint John the Baptist and the baby Jesus. Surrounding ribbons chased yellow gold 18k (750 thousandths) held by oval links. Beautiful work of the 19th century.
