Presented at the Paris Motor Show in October 1948, the Hotchkiss 686 S49 was equipped with the classic 3.5L in-line 6-cylinder engine, and the 4-door, 4-seat version was given the name "Gascogne". With its pre-war look and powerful mechanics, the 686 S49 is the ideal mount for long family rides to the cavernous sound of the 6 cylinder 20 HP. Restored to its original configuration, everything has been redone or checked, from the chassis to the mechanics, upholstery, bodywork and electricity.
