dating: Third quarter of the 19th Century provenance: France, Made of silver and blued iron; marked 'LE QUARTRA MORTS' and with leaf-shaped frames at the back. Four-shot, 3 mm cal cylinder shaped as a four-leaf clover; kept in its paper-covered case decorated with gold frame; green velvet lining, lid with white silk marked 'John Smith & Son Estab. 1820 Stone Bow Jewellers Lincoln', complete with a screwdriver and a spare cylinder. Very rare. length 4.4 cm.
