Jacques Cogniet (or Coignet or Cognet, 1661 - after 1726), was received as a watchmaker as "son of master" on January 28, 1676. He worked on rue de la Monnoye and became a juror of the corporation in 1691-92. This movement was probably re-used in a later case.
