PROVENCE. 1646. TARASCON (13) ARLES (13). Order of François BOCHARD DE CHAMPIGNY Intendant in the Province and Armies of PROVENCE. Considering the request of the Consuls of ARLES Consuls and Inhabitants of THARASCON (Tarascon) to maintain the freedom of the Trade (Wheat, wines, cloths, oils, vegetables) from one Province to the other, without taking any passports or certificates for the sale and transport.
