Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec (1864-1901) Polar, 1895 Zinchography (similar to lithographic printing) on paper. Signed in the plate with Toulouse-Lautrec's monogram in the lower right margin. Dimensions: + Sheet size : 30,5 x 23 cm / 12 x 9 in. Condition: In good condition with mild handling creases (in particular a slight crease on the right edge). One small tear on the bottom left. Very clean image otherwise. Printed on the back as published From the famous early 19th century French magazine known as Le Rire (#16), for which Toulouse-Lautrec created 13 illustrations.
